Access to a wide range of funders
Many of the specialist commercial lenders who are keen to lend will only accept applications through approved “Packagers” who have the necessary skills to properly assess and present to them commercial funding proposals on behalf of their clients. We have Key Partner status with Atom Bank, Hampshire Trust Bank, InterBay Commercial and Cambridge and Counties Bank and Strategic Partner status with Shawbrook Bank who are all active lenders in the commercial market.
